However, many parents are involved in finding a great childcare facility to take care of their kids. Child care can be provided in-home or outside. In-home childcare includes care provided by nannies, babysitters, relatives, or au pairs. However, there are many other options of childcare that are provided out of home. This is best suitable for families in which both the parents are working.
Whereas, in a creche, the childcare is provided only for a certain period of time, say two to three hours. If you are supposed to go to shopping or have any other work, you can drop your child in a creche and pick him up in three hours or so. Also, you have some creches operating at gym and other places like shopping centers to look after the kids while you are busy. However, there are some workplace creches where kids are taken care throughout the day.
