$3.8 Trillion US Budget For 2011

The U.S president Barack Obama presented 2011 budget at white house on Monday, February 1, 2010. Obama announced $3.8 trillion dollars budget for fiscal year 2011. The 2011 $3.8 trillion budget includes 100 billion dollars budget for jobs, and 1.6 trillion dollars budget deficit. Billions of dollars from this 2011 budget will be spend to encounter persistently high unemployment and assist a battered middle class.

Recession and unemployment rate increased dramatically among Americans. The $100 bill used for a job bill and it would include tax cuts for small businesses and social-safety-net programs. The 2011 budget of the U.S government include a 6% increase in civilian research programs, and also provides more funds for military programs such as U.S. Army’s Black Hawk, F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, and the Chinook helicopters, . The main theme of the budget 2011 is the job creation. The new budget of U.S includes $90 billion to recover losses from the banks, and $700 billion financial rescue fund.
